Over recent years, Embedded Systems have gained an enormous amount of processing power and functionality. Many of the formerly external components can now be integrated into a single System-on-Chip. This tendency has resulted in a dramatic reduction in the size and cost of embedded systems. As a unique technology, the design of embedded systems is an essential element of many innovations. There’s no getting away from them - those clever pieces of silicon that pervade our lives; the electronic radio-alarm that arouses us from our slumbers. The central-cooling that has already turned itself on the shower that we take with lashings of hot water;channel surfing the television with your remote control. Silicon also surrounds us as we drive to the office - dozens and dozens of little wafers of silicon, making sure the car starts, the brakes work, and the temperature is just right and so it goes on throughout our working day and into our relaxing evening. That clearly explains the meaning of Embedded Systems – a single-purpose computer built into a larger system for the purposes of controlling and monitoring the system. In simple terms, it is writing Software for a Hardware, or Controlling Hardware through a piece of Software.

Embedded Systems has covered up a wide range of industries, having its application into Military, Aerospace, Communication, Electronic, Consumer Devices, Industrial Automation, & Process Control Software.

At LUMEN, Students are trained by Real-Time Industry Professionals on Embedded Systems Testing, from the basics to the Advanced level with a variety of Automation Tools. In this competitive world, one must be in tune with necessary skills to pursue their career. Our mission is to provide focused training to students in order for them to meet the ongoing demands of the market.
